Mechanical Requirements & Display Rates

The Metro is a non-profit, student-run college newspaper of
Fairleigh Dickinson University’s College at Florham campus.

Format: Tabloid (11” x 17”)
Ad Size Cost

Full Page (10” x 16”) $300
Half Page (10” x 8”) $185
Quarter Page (5” x 8”) $100
Eighth Page (5” x 4”) $65

For editions with over 4 pages, two center pages will feature
color. The following are advertising rates for these pages:

Classified Rates
$15 for first 30 words.
$5 extra for every additional 20 words.
Classified ads must be submitted via fax or e-mail along with
full name and billing address.

Payment Terms: 30 days upon receipt. Three tear sheets will
be sent as proof of insertion upon request. After
60 Days, interest will be charged on unpaid balances at a rate
of 1.5% per month of total balance due.

Academic Year Publication Schedule
The Metro is published every other Thursday during the
semester 2,000 copies are distributed in 12 campus locations.

All ads must be e-mailed the Friday before publication.
